It has been a busy few weeks for us here at CBSbutler, and one particular highlight was the recent Recruitment International Awards where we scooped the prize for ‘Best Company to Work For’ (£40 to £100 million turnover) for the second year running!
Held this year at 8Northumberland on 15th November, the awards celebrate the best the recruitment industry has to offer. As usual, the evening was great fun – made that much better by the win! We work incredibly hard to attract and retain highly skilled consultants so to be recognised by the industry as the employer of choice is a great achievement, and especially so given the tough competition.
Another highlight for us this month is our ranking in the Recruiter Top 100 listing. Not only were we ranked in the top twenty, but we were the number 1 technical consultancy out of the Recruiter HOT 10 Technical Recruiters mentioned. The report, published by Recruiter Magazine compares recruiters by a ratio of gross profit per employee and can be found here.
As we draw closer to the end of 2011, we can certainly say we have had a successful year and weathered the economic climate very well and grown in staff and business. And with big plans for 2012 in the pipeline we’re all hoping to replicate the same success in the year to come!
