What it means to be recognised for your efforts?

Posted by: CBSbutler Ltd 1 Feb 12 - 2:46PM  | Defence |  General

Here at CBSbutler we hold an annual ‘Kick Off Event’ this allows every Manager and Director to show everyone in the company what we achieved in the previous year and what the key objectives are for the coming year.

It is a very open event and the presentations light hearted yet very informative, it is also a good time for the teams to shout about their successes, share business opportunities with other recruiters in the company.

At the end of the day, there is a slap up meal and drinks, which is then followed by the Awards ceremony.

The awards ceremony

This is where the company recognises the work people have done throughout the year.

This year the awards were for:

  • Business Development
  • Business Impact
  • Customer Service
  • Best Newcomer
  • Best Trainee
  • Business Support Employee of the Year
  • Employee of the Year
  • Millionaire Club

Each person is awarded with a trophy and a voucher for travel up to the sum of £2000, but the best part of the award is the kudos the employee gets from the recognition of their work.

CBSbutler has always recognised the efforts both in financial results and on the overall behaviour during each quarter and the overall year.  This way you can earn up to 200% of your quarterly bonus and many more prizes with our internal competitions.

What it meant to our winners:

“To be recognised for an achievement makes it all worthwhile”

“I am delighted to receive the award for Best Trainee. It is excellent to be recognised by my peers, and it is encouraging that CBSbutler have highlighted am going in the correct direction. I am pleased that my efforts have been rewarded”

“Winning the CBSbutler Customer Service award means the world to me as it proves that my efforts and hard work throughout the year have been appreciated. It’s always great to be recognised and also makes my colleagues take note to the pivotal role I play in a function that is not necessarily considered important. Having taken over a senior staff member’s role at the beginning of the year and having the worry of not matching up to her reputation, it was lovely to be acknowledged as being on par and considered an invaluable employee to the company”

“Being recognised for achieving your goals is the complete package in job satisfaction, CBSbutler excels at this”
