At CBSbutler we support two very worthwhile causes:

Rainbow Trust Children's Charity

Rainbow Trust Children's Charity provides practical and emotional support to families who have a child with a life threatening or terminal illness. Rainbow Trust's Family Support Workers join the family in their own home and are there to provide practical support. We are contactable 24 hours a day for families in crisis from diagnosis, through treatment and even after bereavement.

Rainbow relies almost entirely on voluntary donations and through the generosity of our supporters we are able to help around 1,000 families a year.

Since 2004 CBSbutler have raised a whopping £19,000 through the following:

  • Incentivised client and contractor surveys
  • Office competitions
  • The Great South Run
  • The Gumball Rally
  • The Karma Enduro
  • Rainbow Trust e-christmas card
  • Collecting tins in the office

Help for heroes

Help for Heroes raises money to support members of the Armed Forces who have been wounded in the service of their country. They ask our supporters to “do their bit” to show these extraordinary young men and women that they are cared for by them.

Over a million people have responded to date and millions of pounds have been raised to buy much needed services that will aid their recovery, but Help for Heroes needs more! So far, they have allocated almost all of the money raised in order to fund direct projects and support other service charities.

  • CBSbutler has raised £3,400 for this very worthwhile cause when a group of CBSbutler colleagues were sponsored to run the Brighton 10k in October 2009.
