Thales UK is a major defence, aerospace and electronics company. They employ 11,000 people - 70% of them in engineering – across 60 sites in the UK.
The challenge:
To manage all recruitment issues on a Master Vendor basis, arising from the Bracknell to Crawley factory consolidation resulting in 93 new vacancies.
The vacancies were across 20 depts. >85% engineering-based positions including:

The solution
