I started my recruitment career as a Consultant back in 2004, progressing onto manage several teams recruiting IT contractors into the Public Sector. Following a career break and raising a family I have returned in the last 12 months and thoroughly enjoying the fast paced IT recruitment of contractors and perm staff. I love that no 2 days are ever the same and the variety of the role as a recruiter. Building relationships with both candidates and clients is key, understanding what is required and being honest with our approach. It’s been a great start to 2022 and I’m excited to be part of a growing team at CBSbutler.
