Board of Directors:

David Leyshon - Managing Director
David has c.20 years continuous experience in the technical staffing industry having originally worked in the offshore oil and gas sector. He joined Butler International in 1993 as Sales Manager and in 1995, was promoted to Divisional Business Manager.  Following a company restructuring programme in 1997 David took up the reins as Managing Director.  Subsequently he led a management buy-out from the US parent and the acquisition of CBS Appointments in 2003.  Since then, he has been instrumental in growing the organisation including the introduction of Managed Services and Recruitment Process Outsourcing.  He is qualified to B.Sc./M.Sc. and holds a diploma in company directorship.

David Kennedy - Financial Director 
David has been with CBSbutler for 7 years. He has 20 years SME accounting experience, the last 12 years in management roles.  David is responsible for managing CBSbutler's finance function and serves as company secretary.  David has an extensive understanding of EU employment legislation and is also responsible for all legal and insurance aspects of the business.  Prior to CBSbutler, David worked for Virgin Group and Tompkins Group subsidiaries in the role of company accountant and internal auditor.
