We invest in our people through regular training and development activities and initiatives across the board. We have been registered with Investors in People since December 1994.

Quality - CBSbutler operates a Quality Management System against the ISO 9001:2000 standard to help ensure that we run a reputable, quality organisation. We are externally audited by the British Standards Institution twice a year and have been operating a Quality Management System since December 1993.

In 2008 we won Best Engineering Recruiter at the Recruiter Magazine 'Awards for Excellence' for the 2nd year running. This followed finalist nominations each year since 2004.

A founder member of the Federation of Aviation Support Services (FASS) which was set up in 2001. FASS is a self-regulating federation and their Quality Code is based on procedures agreed with CAA. The high standards of this code are adhered to by all FASS members.

A member of ATSCo since 2005.  The Association of Technology Staffing Companies (ATSCo) was formed to provide a strong and united voice creating a positive appreciation of the role, responsibilities and value of the IT, Telecommunications and Professional level Engineering Recruitment Industry.
