We place both contract and permanent candidates in engineering jobs across all industries and sectors and strive to provide a highly professional service. We strictly adhere to the Employment Agencies Act 2003 at all times, ensuring your confidence in the way that we work.
For our permanent candidates we will:
- Handle all applications in the strictest confidence with discretion and caution
- Take time to understand your personal needs – cultural fit, personalities, dislikes, aspirations, motivators, work style, development needs, etc.
- Provide an expert assessment of your target employment market e.g. earnings and benefit expectations and insider knowledge of specific employers
- Ensure that your application and complete job hunting process will be handled via a team with specialist experience of your skills/employment market place
- Ask you to complete a satisfaction survey within 3 months of starting a new position
For our contractors we will:
- Secure top quartile pay rates and conditions
- Be pro-active in identifying suitable assignments that meet an individuals' needs
- Provide an extremely responsive and dependable service – resolving problems and offering sound guidance in a timely and professional manner at all times
- Ensure a ‘best in class’ payment system – immediate, frequent, consistently accurate and with utmost convenience to the individual
- Regularly ask for feedback via our contractor satisfaction surveys (sent out twice a year)
Whether you are looking for either type of position we ensure that:
- We gain prior agreement from individuals before submitting their details to an employer
- We provide open, honest and constructive feedback
- We will keep you regularly informed as to status of application and respond to you in a timely manner
- We will never try to influence your decision – only offer advice to assist you in making an objective decision
We also survey our permanent candidates within 3 months of them starting a new position.
