Abbott Laboratories is a global business manufacturing health care products – from prevention and diagnosis to treatment and cure. At their Queenborough site, they manufacture antibiotics for animals. Without a history of supply, CBSbutler conducted a routine sales call and set up a meeting, to take a brief for some hard-to-find engineers. Successfully completing the project, they were then approached with another challenge.
