In response to winning the award David Leyshon MD of CBSbutler(pictured on the left) said,"We are absolutely delighted to have won this award – particularly as the judges were primarily from the HR community – our end users."

Career development

Following on from this up was ‘Best Induction, Training and Career Development Programme’ awarded at the London and South East Recruitment Awards, sponsored by REC.  Commenting on the awards, Enzo Testa, Managing Director of Archant, who organised the event said, "The excellence of those businesses and individuals involved in recruitment across London and the South East was evident through the number of and the high calibre of entries that we received for these awards".

Hot on the heels of the last accolade, CBSbutler were awarded ‘Engineering Staffing Company of the Year’ at the Association of Technology Staffing Companies (ATSCo) charity ball and awards on Friday 16th November.

ATSCo were formed to provide a strong and united voice to create a positive appreciation of the role, responsibilities and value of the IT, Telecommunications and Engineering Recruitment Industry.  In turn they award recognise a company who consistently demonstrate professional values.

The judges commented:
"They demonstrated a clear and unequivocal understanding of what it takes to address and overcome the key challenges faced in this time of profound skill shortages. Their focus on client and candidate

satisfaction was outstanding, underpinned by their investment and commitment to staff development training programmes. Their unflinching dedication to professional standards and attention to detail, for the good of the business and its employees, deserves high commendation. Although competing for this years ATSCO accolade against much larger competitors, their success should be a major indicator and encouragement to other small and medium size ATSCO members that they can win. Size is not crucial - quality and demonstrable professionalism are the crucial determinants."

Managing Director David Leyshon (pictured left accepting the award) is delighted with the awards that CBSbutler have won this year and said "This has turned into quite a year for us, to have won not just one award but three, is a testament to the hard work and commitment of all our staff."
