Your CBSbutler contact should be in touch with you to ensure that you contract has started without any problems. They should be your main point of contact should you have any queries about the contract, holidays or when reporting in sick.
We survey our contractors twice a year in line with our quality procedures. This ensures that we are getting feedback on the service we provide to ensure we are constantly monitoring our service.
For every completed survey we receive back, contractors can choose to either receive a £10 M&S voucher or donate their £10 to our nominated charity, Rainbow Trust Children's Charity. This worthwhile charity provides practical and emotional support to families who have a child with a life threatening or terminal illness.
Our dedicated team will organise any visas that you need and arrange flights to get you to your contract on time. In addition we will also book B&B’s/hotels for you, or for any longer-term contracts, help to arrange accommodation.
Additionally we provide a uniform for all of our engineers to wear on-site.
If you are new to contracting visit our 'contractor useful links' page for more details about starting up.
