+ Provide an extremely responsive and dependable service – resolving problems and offering sound guidance in a timely and professional manner at all times
+ Ensure a ‘best in class’ payment system – immediate, frequent, consistently accurate and with utmost convenience to the individual
+ Regularly ask for feedback via our contractor satisfaction surveys (sent out twice a year)
In addition we will ALWAYS gain prior agreement from individuals before submitting details to an employer.
As well as keeping you regularly informed as to status of applications and respond to you in a timely manner, we will always provide open, honest and constructive feedback.
And importantly, we will never try to influence your decision – only offer advice to assist you in making an objective decision.
