SERVICE CO-ORDINATOR - MATERNITY COVER

A highly prestigious client of mine specialising in the manufacture of medical sterilisation equipment are seeking a service co-ordinator to cover maternity leave.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Telephone office support and covering the service department phone lines.

  • Liaising with customers, logging machine breakdowns and dealing with customer queries.

  • Liaising with service engineers, dealing with queries and field information.

  • Recording information on the Microsoft AX System (breakdowns, unproductive time etc.).

  • Scheduling of the Engineer's workload for 'breakdown' calls.

  • Checking Engineers timesheets, ensuring all paperwork is received and saved.

  • Processing Service Reports onto AX / Checking Reports on AX (Service Application).

  • Filling and saving paperwork. (Service Reports, Timesheets, Parameter Sheets etc.).

  • Sending service reports to customers (This will become redundant via AX).

  • Overseeing the scheduling of 'non breakdown' calls.

  • Assisting with the planning service and test visits.

  • Sending weekly and monthly workload to the service engineers.

  • Planning resources (people and parts) for service visits.

  • Liaising with suppliers

  • Planning resources (people and parts) for return visits.

  • Identifying, ordering and allocating spare parts to the correct job

  • Updating 2030 log on receipt of laboratory reports.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Administration projects

  • Ensure all documents are filed correctly

  • Book hotels and flights for engineers and senior management

  • Check credit card statements, expenses/receipts and receipt invoices

  • Liaise with customers in relation to re-invoices via the telephone

  • Assist the service co-ordinator as and when required via the telephone

  • Order uniform and stationery as and when required for engineers

  • Receive, log and distribute laboratory reports

  • Send PDF test reports

  • Save all test reports, maintenance sheets and parameter sheets. Chase as and when necessary

  • Quote for and set up engineering re-tests

  • Address lab report inbox queries

Experience required:

As Software Engineering Lead you will be responsible for:


+ Building effective Agile development processes and business relationships alongside a dedicated Product Manager
+ Creating a team to deliver product backlog and third line support
+ Directly overseeing Machine Learning development and be responsible for delivery of new supplier and internal system integrations

Experience:
