A highly prestigious client of mine specialising in the manufacture of medical sterilisation equipment are seeking a service co-ordinator to cover maternity leave.


  • Telephone office support and covering the service department phone lines.

  • Liaising with customers, logging machine breakdowns and dealing with customer queries.

  • Liaising with service engineers, dealing with queries and field information.

  • Recording information on the Microsoft AX System (breakdowns, unproductive time etc.).

  • Scheduling of the Engineer's workload for 'breakdown' calls.

  • Checking Engineers timesheets, ensuring all paperwork is received and saved.

  • Processing Service Reports onto AX / Checking Reports on AX (Service Application).

  • Filling and saving paperwork. (Service Reports, Timesheets, Parameter Sheets etc.).

  • Sending service reports to customers (This will become redundant via AX).

  • Overseeing the scheduling of 'non breakdown' calls.
