Commercial Manager


Due to an exciting bid pipeline and growth prospects within our client have created the need to further strengthen the support provided by the Division's Commercial Management Team to the Division's operational and business development teams.

The Commercial Manager will:

+ Be primarily responsible for providing commercial bid support to the client and specific bids as required from time to time, leading negotiations with the Division's major customers and suppliers
+ Support the Bid Directors on new bids as well as extensions on existing bids and working with the Financial Analysts within the Commercial Management Team
+ Liaise with various business units to gather requirements to provide risk analysis to examine the feasibility and commercial integrity of proposed contracts

The Commercial Manager will need:

+ At least 3-4 years experience in commercial management in large companies bidding for and negotiating complex long term service contracts preferably with UK government bodies
+ The successful candidate will have a track record of demonstrating a high level of commercial, legal and financial ability
+ Leadership and development of business development support teams
