Contract Commercial Manager

CONTRACT COMMERCIAL MANAGER - URGENT REQUIREMENT!

My defence client has an urgent requirement for a Commercial Manager on an initial 3 month contract basis.

Reporting to the Head of Commercial in respect of the conduct of the following roles and responsibilities:

* Monitoring programme/project conduct against prime contract terms and conditions
* Managing the establishment of confidentiality and collaboration agreements required for programmes/projects
* Supporting the Sub-Contracts Manager in Monitoring contracts, agreements and licences to ensure that all parties adhere to the conditions
* Supporting the Sub-contracts manager in the Review of quotations and proposals for commercial content
* Liaison with Export Compliance in respect of deliverable systems
* Liaison with other personnel concerning Commercial matters including the provision of advice on UK Contracting Processes
* Provide inputs as necessary for internal project reports
* Advise of any issues to be raised with company legal advisors
* Administration of programme/project Commercial functions

Due to the nature of work undertaken at our client's site, incumbents of these positions are required to meet special nationality rules and therefore these vacancies are only open to sole British Citizens. Applicants who meet this criteria may also be required to undergo security clearance vetting, if not already security cleared to a minimum SC level.
