Software Architect - 6 Months - £350 - £450 Per Day D.O.E. - URGENT!
My client is looking to recruit an SC Cleared Software Architect, reporting directly to the Software Engineering Lead. The role will require close liaison and co-operation with the system engineering and integration subject matter experts and the platform & domain expertise residing in the wider businesses.
As part of the Software architecture team you will be responsible for the development of the Software Architectural Design Model. The architectural Design model will be captured in Rhapsody.
Liaise with Software and Systems Engineers at all levels within the team to develop the Software Requirements Use Case Model and Detailed requirements specification allowing System Requirements to be traced through to Detailed Software Design. The Software Requirements will be developed over multiple iterations of Software Lifecycle.
Education/Experience
Essential:
Experience of Software Architectural Design of Embedded Systems.
Experience of Requirements Management.
Experience of CASE tools developing UML and SysML Models.
Experience of Software Communication Stacks
Experience of SoA
C++
Good written and verbal communications.
Desirable:
Defining sub-system boundaries
Experience of Miltary Databus standards e,g MilCAN
Testing and Fault Finding
