Key Responsibilities:
* Undertake system visits at customer sites, analyse & resolve engineering problems on DCS Systems.
* Respond to customer requests for support or advice ensuring effective resolution of customer requirements.
* Develop, maintain and improve relationships with the customer by providing expert advice on DCS System and Upgrades.
* To work within a team of engineers to maintain and improve, productivity and efficiency on DCS Control Systems.
* To seek and action all commercial opportunities through the issue of Small Works quotes for system improvements.

* High first time fix abilities
* Low customer service/maintenance backlog and due visits
* Efficient & Effective On Demand, call out /Commissioning resource activity
* Excellent customer satisfaction feedback
