As a rapidly growing business we have opportunities for graduate recruitment consultants / trainee recruitment consultants to join our successful team at our Redhill office.

Top quartile earnings potential.
First year O.T.E £25k + with uncapped potential.
Graduates with 2 years experience (or equivalent) can earn £50k++. Top performers six figure potential.

The Trainee Recruitment Consultant role will involve:
+ Working in a strong sales and customer service environment, using sophisticated search tools and methodologies in order to locate candidates for both permanent and contract appointments.
+ A considerable amount of database interrogation and research combined with a high level of telephone sales activity.
+ A structured development programme with fast-track progression into client facing roles within a period of 6 - 12 months.
+ A 20 module induction training programme, designed to provide best practice training combined with professional coaching and workshops.
+ Various career path options including specialist resourcing roles, recruitment consultancy, account management, team leadership and business development/sales.

Candidates will need:
+ A degree qualification - 2:2 or above (in any discipline)
+ Excellent communication & interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and persuade
+ An energetic and resourceful nature
+ A positive and enthusiastic attitude together with a competitive and resilient approach.
