The Role:
We are looking for consultants with experience in ICT divisions including Development, BI, ERP/CRM, Testing and Senior Appointments. CBS Butler has an excellent reputation in the technical engineering market and as such you will have access to a number of established key accounts as well as generating new business.
Working in a strong sales and customer service environment you will be supported by an experienced resource and administration team (no need to format your own CVs ever again!) You will be handling the full recruitment lifecycle from identification and qualification of candidates through to account and business development. The right candidate should be able to work on their own initiative whilst ensuring CBS butlers reputation of providing a high quality service is upheld at all times.
Requirements:
· Experienced in ICT Recruitment
· Positive, energetic and resourceful self-starter
· Driven, Proactive and Confident
· A Good Level of Education - A level or equivalent
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· The ability to Influence and Persuade
· A proven record in business development and sales
· A Good organiser with a focused, work hard approach
· Commercially aware and passionate about sales
· Open to training and development
