A Leading Multinational Organisation is seeking to appoint a Key Account Manager of Hospital Sales to manage key accounts and drive sales within their number one performing UK territory, which covers the East of England. This is a great opportunity for the right candidate to join a high performing sales team and contribute to the success of a market leading product

The successful candidate for the Key Account Manager of Hospital Sales position will be required to demonstrate the following:

Main Responsibilities
+ Deliver expected performance and beyond (sales) in their territory
+ Uses evidence-based medicine skills during the sales call (clinical papers etc.); sells visually by appropriate use of currently approved sales aids
+ Educates medical providers and staff
+ Proactively and continuously aspires to serve customer needs in a win-win approach
+ Demonstrates in depth disease, product, market and competitive intelligence expertise
+ Mentors new Sales reps to enhance collaborative ways of working in the multidisciplinary in field team
+ Responds to critical business opportunities and threats, leveraging his input to the Brand team through their Sales Manager
+ Accurately identifies customer position on sales cycle
+ Effectively targets and tracks resources to maximize sales opportunities

The following skills and experience are essential:
+ A Primary degree, preferably science/nursing
+ Key Account Management experience
+ Experience working within Hospital Sales (Secondary care)
+ Experience in Territory Management

The following requirements are not essential but would be advantageous:
+ Practical knowledge and understanding dermatology therapies
