This leading Pharmaceutical organisation now has a fantastic opportunity for a Manufacturing Support Coordinator who will be responsible for the technical leadership, coordination and management of manufacturing support.
Manufacturing Support Coordinator - Role/Responsibilities
+ Day to Day co-ordination of the technologist group including performance management, KPI's and metrics management
+ Provide technical guidance, facilitation and support to the organisations, affiliates and as the Manufacturing technical expert
+ Development of the technical capability of the technologist group through technical leadership, guidance and mentoring
+ Managing the new product introduction and technology transfer between the organisation and other parties
+ Provide technical representation and guidance to International Project Teams for product introductions into the European Economic Area.
+ Ensure the compliance of technologist activities with all statutory requirements and regulations
+Manufacturing Support Coordinator - Skills/Experience
+ Degree level or equivalent in a scientific/engineering related subject
+ Strong level of relevant experience in the Pharmaceutical industry in an operational or support role including qualification & Validation
+ Experience of technical people management in an operational environment
+ Practical experience of solid dose form manufacturing and packaging technology equipment
+ Demonstrable familiarity of MHRA guidance for solid dosage form facility design and operation, cGMP and H&S regulations
