MEDICAL FIELD SERVICE ENGINEER / BIOMEDICAL FIELD SERVICE ENGINEER - NORTHAMPTONSHIRE - Upto £30k basic + Car + O/T + Pension + Healthcare + full and comprehensive manufacturers training.
This international medical organisation seeks a Biomedical Field Service Engineers to work in and around the Nothamptonshire area. With over 20 years of experience behind them, they are well known for providing an efficient and high level of service. Currently responsible for over 50,000 medical devices throughout the UK, they support both the NHS and private sector.
Following a long period of contract wins they now seek to add additional four Biomedical Service Engineers / Medical Service Engineers to work at one site or to cover a number of sites as a Field Service Engineer. Typically working on a variety of medical devices such as; Infusion pumps, Anaesthesia, Ventilation, Theatre tables, Neonatal, Patient Monitoring equipment, ECG, Autoclaves, Sterilisers, Defibrillators etc.
Role - Biomedical Service Engineer
+ Carry out repair and maintenance on medical equipment.
+ Deliver and maintain documentation in order to deliver and improve business performance.
+ Maintain individual spare parts stock.
+ Liaise with contacts with all Hospitals, Departmental Heads and Staff.
+ Dealing with OEM's service staff, logistics, sales and Management.
Skills - Biomedical Service Engineer
+ Applicants for the position should have proven service and maintenance experience over a wide range of medical devices. This can be gained either in the field or a as workshop engineer.
+ Relevant Engineering qualifications - Electronic/Electrical engineering is preferred.
+ Full UK driving licence those those wishing to be field based
+ Electrically competent.
+ Customer focused.
