Planner - Cork

This leading organisation now has a fantastic opportunity for a Planner to work in Cork on a Permanent basis.
The successful candidate will develop sales projections and determine manufacturing plans for established business.

Planner - Role & Responsibilities
+ Project production for all business units
+ Ensure contingency plans in place for demand spikes
+ Establish inventory targets
+ Partake in problem solving and trouble shooting in the business, collaborating with team members to achieve results
+ Interface effectively with Operations, Marketing and Customer to ensure a successful product launch
+ Follow up assigned CAPAs to ensure timely corrective and preventative actions are put in place
+ Develop capacity plans and work with operations on headcount and capacity analysis
+ Deal with product availability queries from the customer services team in a timely manner

Planner - Skills/Experience
+ Significant planning experience in an MRP environment
+ Degree level or equivalent in business, materials management, supply chain management
+ Exceptional customer service orientation
+ Excellent PC skills
