Our client is a fast growing, unconventional, innovative technology company with a wide range of sophisticated, patent-protected products and services used in the healthcare, pharmaceutical and defence industries, they are now looking for a Product Support Manager to oversee the day to day running of the Technical Support Department.

Product Support Manager - Role/Responsibilities
+ Prepare a monthly analysis by customer, detailing a summary of technical support calls made, by equipment type, down to component level root cause
+ Ensure that all service maintenance activities are appropriately documented and that all service engineering training is professionally planned and executed to meet schedule demands
+ In the event of technical issues arising where field activity is required, liaise with R&D to create Technical Bulletins
+ Ensure that appropriate diagnostic tools/fault trees exist for each major piece of equipment to aid service engineers, distributors and where appropriate, customers
+ Constantly challenge processes, systems and procedures to ensure that customer satisfaction is maximised, non value added activity is driven out of the operation - and methods of working are robust, reliable and clearly understood and followed by all team members

Product Support Manager - Skills/Experience
+ A strong level of management experience in a technical/engineering role within an electro-mechanical industry
+ Demonstrable track record of process improvement/change management delivering tangible results
