Our client are a recognised centre of excellence in Human Machine Interface (HMI) solutions, electronics systems, lighting and high integrity harness systems. Due to continued company growth they are looking to recruit a Project Controller to join their Project Controls team.
The Role: Project Controller
As Project Controller you will be responsible for:
+ Ensuring that the business unit operates in an efficient, agile and flexible manner to support our customers and meet our commitments
+ Updating all project plans (including all sub-ordinate plans) and performance metrics including the business master schedule
+ Preparing status reports for inclusion in internal business reviews and customer status updates
+ Supporting Bid/Proposal preparation
+ Updating and maintaining project schedules, assumptions, risks, issues and opportunity registers
+ Ensuring work package reporting requirements are in line with the project & programme management requirements
Experience:
As Project Controller you will have experience of:
+ Degree Qualified or equivalent in a relevant technical discipline
+ Project experience in a technical environment
+ Planning & Documentation Management
+ Experience in Risk & Opportunity Management
+ Experience of change & configuration management
+ Competent in the use of Microsoft Project & ERP systems
+ Working knowledge of implementing and maintaining EVM systems and performance metrics would be an advantage
