Position Description
Our clients Programme and Project Management practice has an enviable reputation for delivering the highest value outcomes for their clients' most complex projects and programmes. Their work ranges from large scale transformation programmes, often involving significant information technology and change management, through to 'hard' engineering and technology delivery projects.
As a senior member of the practice you will be responsible for both developing and delivering business opportunities for new and existing clients through your own and our client's extensive network of clients. Well regarded, as a project and programme management consultant, you will have an established reputation and a strong track record of delivering transformational and business critical programmes across a broad range of clients and industries. You will have considerable experience of developing compelling propositions for clients and building a pipeline of business within a reputable consulting organisation. You will be able to demonstrate sound judgement in commercial and business management situations and a proven ability to form and manage highly effective teams of consultants that will enhance our client's reputation.
Position Requirements
You will be able to demonstrate career progression with increasing responsibility for delivering consulting engagements at the most senior levels of client organisations. You will have strengths in solving problems for clients. You will have strong interpersonal skills as well as commercial acumen, so you are able to formulate and deliver creative, value adding solutions to client issues. You will be qualified to degree level (to at least a 2:1 or equivalent) and will be able to demonstrate continued professional development of your technical and management capabilities. You will be able to demonstrate a commitment and passion for delivering exceptional client value and will have demonstrated a drive for personal and professional progression within your chosen field.
It is desirable to have and be looking to enhance:
* Experience of working and exerting influence at the most senior levels in an organisation
* The ability to demonstrate your leadership skills on substantial projects with large teams, or change programmes involving significant performance improvement
* A proven understanding of project / business change methodologies, processes, techniques and issues
* An aptitude for delivering creative solutions; and
* An appetite for the development of new business.

Based from their head office in London you should expect to travel and work on client sites; you need to have the unconditional right to work across Europe.
