PROJECT MANAGER - INDUSTRIAL REFRIGERATION SYSTEMS

A major manufacturer of Industrial Refrigeration Systems seeks a Project Manager to join their Major Contracts operations department in Kent working on projects throughout the UK.

This is a market leader who prepare detailed quotations and specifications for new or replacement plant based on clients specific applications and in accordance with clients financial criteria e.g. low capital cost, energy efficiency etc. Typically specifying quality components manufactured but can include any components available on the market depending on the clients criteria.

They provide Ammonia, Carbon Dioxide, Halocarbon and HFC solutions depending on clients financial or application preferences. Applications of which are virtually limitless across all sectors including food manufacturing, distribution, freezing, chilling, coldstores, pharmaceuticals, oil & gas and air conditioning, etc

ROLE - PROJECT MANAGER - INDUSTIRAL REFRIGERATION

+ Working within an established networked Project Team, having the direct support of the Project Director.
+ Manage sales to contract hand-over
+ Looking at sub-contractor selection
+ Complete Project execution with the help of site managers.
+ Financial control of project valued up to £2m.
+ Health & Safety control and hand over to service.

Typical contracts range from £50Kto £2M , including chillers to large distribution centres.

REQUIREMENTS - PROJECT MANAGER - INDUSTRIAL REFRIGERATION

+ Project Manager or Project engineering in Industrial Refrigeration or HVAC/ Building Services Industry.
+ Preferably experience with Industrial refrigerants such as Ammonia or Large building pipework systems.
+ Strong customer facer.
+ Good communication skills and ability to use own initiative.
