Working in Rail Infrastructure Services they are one of the UK's largest suppliers of rail infrastructure renewals, covering some of the most intensively used railway routes in the UK.
The company has extensive experience of complete relaying of both plain line and switches and crossings, plus the design and construction of new railways as well as re-modelling and upgrade of existing infrastructures. This covers every aspect of a renewal from formation through to re-ballasting, re-sleepering and re-railing.
Important experience:
+ Railway infrastructure environment with particular knowledge of relaying methods & techniques in plain line, S & C and P & C.
+ Contract/Sub Contract management & negotiation
+ Demonstrable budget compilation and control experience
+ Interprets business plans and sets relevant objectives and goals
+ Understanding of own staff's competency requirements and levels
+ Raising or removing track speed

+ Risk assessment
+ Planning
+ Resource estimating
+ PTS, COSS appreciation & IWA
Education and Skills Required
+ HNC, HND, BSc, BEng degree in Engineering
+ Management of medium size rail construction projects
+ Project Management skills
