Quality Engineer ISO9001
This world leading brand in Measurement and Instrumentation are now looking for a Quality Engineer on a permanent basis to support the Senior Quality Engineer in driving a quality-minded culture in the company and ensure that the quality of products and services continually improves
Quality Engineer - Role and Responsibilities
+ Ensure that all "poor quality" is prevented from re-occurring
+ Perform design and qualification acceptance inspection and testing
+ Maintain an active and continuous supplier quality improvement campaign
+ Establish in-process and final inspection criteria and regimes
+ Ensure that all transactions are properly screened and recorded in accordance with the company's Trade Compliance procedures
+ Assist in the resolution of customer complaints
+ Be involved in the auditing of internal systems and processes including the follow up of corrective actions
+ Assist in developing Con tenuous Improvement material
Quality Engineer -Skills and Experience
+ HNC or equivalent qualification
+ Significant experience in a Quality role
+ Experienced in Quality Management System (ISO9001)
+ Experienced in Lean Manufacturing processes and process improvements
+ Experience in QMS, ISO9001, FMEA, APQP, PPAP, 6Sigma, Lean, CAPA, DOE, Auditing and Problem solving
+ Must be able to handle and present challenges
+ Full driving License
