We are seeking an experienced and driven recruitment consultants to execute the internal hiring programmes for the varied business teams based out of our Redhill head office.

The role:
Give the strategic importance of the role the recruitment consultant will report directly to the Managing Director and Sales Director, and will be responsible for recruiting across all levels of the business for both UK and Overseas locations, including trainee/graduate recruiter quarterly intakes.
The individual will be responsible for devising effective recruiting strategies and will have the full range of search tools available together with significant investment for candidate attraction.
We are seeking a credible recruiter who is hands on in headhunting and is experienced in using business networking and social media tools to maximise candidate attraction.
This role would therefore not appeal to a typical internal recruiter who is reliant on rec-to-rec agencies and job board advertising.
Of particular interest, the individual will progressively be involved in tracking and securing high flyers to drive the strategic growth plans. Indeed they will be encouraged to seek out new talent for entrepreneurial opportunities.
A highly attractive commission/incentive scheme will be offered together with a valuable share option plan.
The package will include a high basic salary + uncapped commission together with company car and full benefits. It is anticipated that first year OTE will be no less than £60,000 per annum and could be considerably higher.
