Following expansion within our busy head office we have a fantastic opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant within our Aviation Division.
Successful
Recruitment Consultants will be working in a strong sales and customer service environment, working with a wide range of international Airlines and Maintenance/Repair/Overhaul (MRO) companies.
Recruitment Consultants should have the following experience/skills:
- Strong background in contract recruitment
- Working knowledge of the Aviation industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Energetic, resourceful, inquisitive and resilient nature
- Ability to work at pace and have daily dialogue with international customers - languages
would be a distinct benefit
- Stable track record as a recruitment consultant within a reputable agency
- Strong customer facing and communication skills
- Evidence of 360 degree approach to recruitment
- Strong business development and telesales skills along with sales aptitude
- Minimum A-level (or equivalent) qualification preferred
