Recruitment Consultant role will involve:
- Working in a strong sales and customer service environment, responsible for generating business and handling the full sales life cycle (Contract and contingency Perm).
- Supported by a resourcing team who will identify and source candidates.
- Managing customer relationships and developing accounts.
- Various career path options including account management, team leadership and business development/sales.
Candidates will need:
- A good level of education (in any discipline) – preferably A level or equivalent
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and persuade
- Good organiser with a focused, hard-working approach
- An energetic and resourceful self-starter
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude. Competitive and resilient.
