To harness our investment we seek ambitious Recruitment Consultants with a strong drive to succeed combined with the following skills/experience: 

• Stable track record as a recruitment consultant within a reputable agency
• Technical recruitment background e.g. engineering, IT, construction 
• Evidence of 360 degree approach to recruitment 
• Strong business development and telesales skills along with sales aptitude 
• Minimum A-level (or equivalent) qualification preferred

The responsibilities of the Recruitment Consultant: 

• Developing and servicing accounts for major organisations, both UK and international
• Significant scope and autonomy to pursue exciting opportunities within high growth markets
