The Role:
Due to increased organic growth we are looking for experienced recruitment consultants with proven experience in technical and engineering markets.
The ability to use creative selection methods is a must - we are looking for someone who won't be relying on job boards as their primary source of candidates! Good knowledge of social networking as well as headhunting and gaining referrals isvital.
With the roles available you will either report into the Managing Director or to your team lead.
Responsibilities will include:
* Recruiting permanent hires throughout the business at all levels
* Working on recruitment campaigns
* Assisting with HR related projects
* Business development
* Opening foreign markets
Candidate requirements:
* Proven experience of managing the whole recruitment process within the technical & engineering markets
* Drive and Motivation
* Tenacious in identifying and reaching the right candidates for a variety of vacancies
* Have excellent communication skills with the ability to create and maintainboth internal and external relationships.
This role is offering a very generous commission scheme along with a good basic salary, car allowance or company care, healthcare, and pension. Also a very generous equity scheme for higher level consultants/managers.
