To harness our investment we seek ambitious Recruitment Consultants with a strong drive to succeed combined with the following skills/experience:
- Stable track record as a recruitment consultant within a reputable agency
- Technical recruitment background e.g. engineering, IT, construction
- Evidence of 360 degree approach to recruitment
- Strong business development and telesales skills along with sales aptitude
- Minimum A-level (or equivalent) qualification preferred
The responsibilities of the Recruitment Consultant:
- Developing and servicing accounts for major organisations, both UK and international
- Significant scope and autonomy to pursue exciting opportunities within high growth markets
