Recruitment Sales Team Leaders, Surrey - basic to £50k (OTE £80-£150k p.a. +)

    To harness our investment we seek an ambitious Sales Team Leaders with a strong drive to succeed combined with the following skills/experience:

  • Proven track record in managing recruitment consultants 
  • Previous experience working as a recruitment consultant 
  • Demonstrable excellent leadership and man management skills 
  • Conversant with best practise performance management and planning skills 
  • 'Hands on' approach to coaching and developing staff 
  • Ability to inspire; bringing energy and enthusiasm to the job

    The responsibilities of the Sales Team Leader 
  • Managing and building high performance teams of recruitment consultants (permanent and contract) within specialist technical markets
  • Working with the Directors to devise effective business plans and strategies to grow the company and exploit opportunities 
  • 'Hands-on approach' in coaching and leading from the front in business development activities 
  • Responsible for new recruitment consultants and in nurturing talent for consultant & junior management roles
