Resourcer/Resourcing Consultant.
Successful
Resourcers will be working in a strong sales and customer service environment, working with large oil and gas, pharmaceutical FMCG clients within complex control engineering disciplines.
As a
Resourcer you will be involved in a range of recruitment activities such as:
- Supporting the Recruitment Consultants and Strategic Account Manager during all client liaison and sales activities, deputising where necessary
- Developing a network of highly qualified, often niche-skilled industry engineers
- Liaising with client and candidate base across UK, Europe and Middle East
- Processing travel requests to mobilise candidates, sometimes with a quick turnaround
- Arranging documentation, medicals and references to facilitate visa and resident permits
- Providing a seamless extension to the clients recruitment process
- Working to targets based around interviews, placements and sales lead generation
- Thoroughly screening and qualifying applicants ensuring well-matched candidates are submitted to clients
- Identifying sales leads and gathering customer intelligence via networking with candidates
- Ensuring that comprehensive and accurate database records are maintained
Candidates for the role of Resourcer will need:
