Sales Team Manager
Our client is a Market Leader in remote Healthcare call-systems and is currently looking to recruit a Sales Team Manger to be based in the South of England. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and performance of all sales related activities across the business and will provide leadership for the sales teams.

The Sales Team Manager will be responsible for:
*Developing a business plan and sales strategy for the market
*Preparing action plans for the sales teams
*Initiating and coordinating the development of action plans to penetrate new markets
*Assisting in the development and implementation of marketing plans as required, including attendance of Exhibitions and conferences as required
*Management and leadership of all sales staff to further build effective communications, understand training and development needs, and to help staff improve their sales activity and performance
*Setting standards and leading by example for Sales Consultants in areas of personal character, commitment, organisational and selling skills, and work habits
Candidates for the Sales Team Manager role need to have the following skills and experience:
1.Previous experience of managing successful sales teams
2.Knowledge of NHS technology procurement process such as IT systems or capital equipment
3.Experience in a dynamic company where accountability is paramount
4.Knowledge of the Healthcare industry
