This leading Medical Devices organisation now has an opportunity for a Senior Engineer to work within Manufacturing; the successful candidate will provide engineering expertise to Advanced Operations team with special focus on Business and Process Development Projects

Senior Engineer - Role/Responsibilities
+ Deliver on Key Milestones on New Technology Development
+ Lead and/or participate in risk assessment activities
+ Lead Initiatives to ensure new technologies and new equipment meet all requirements with respect to system safety
+ Investigate Design for Manufacturability approach to new technologies
+ Communicate project status internally and externally as required
+ Work with all aspects of Research and Development, Technology Development, Advanced Operations and Operations to provide customer with a quality product in a timely manner
+ Assess validation requirements and work with validation team to devise validation plans as required
+ Participate and/or lead inspection approach for new technology

Senior Engineer - Skills/Experience
+ Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification
+ Strong experience within a Manufacturing Engineering role in a highly regulated environment
+ Practical experience with layered manufacturing technologies
+ Strong knowledge of Validation and Quality Systems in required
+ Strong communication skills with internal and external agents
+ Self starter with demonstrated efficient work methods, analytical & problem solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
+ Top Presentation skills
