Job Description including Day to Day Responsibilities:
Managing the service lifecycle E2E for a Portfolio of Services
Supporting growth (Marketing of Services) via the Business Catalogue
Prioritising demand (RFCs, New Services, Enhancements, Service Improvement Initiatives, Optimisation Initiatives, Contractual Services)
Evaluation of market opportunities and customer needs
Support proposal creation for New Services & Enhancements to Existing Services (Impact Assessments and Validation)
Create and validate business cases with BRMs / Technical Authority
Plan and prioritise new service development programs
Financial analysis, lifecycle cost management and pricing
Define service level packages (SLA / OLA).
Liaise with Client, BRMs, BA, FBA, Commercial, Architects, Service Delivery Managers, EPO and PMs.

Required Qualifications/Skills:
Essential:
Managers with good organisation skills.
Prince2 or PMI
MS Office Applications (Excel, Powerpoint & Word)
MS Project
Commercially Aware (Marketing)
Bid Support Exposure
P&L experience
UK Travel & Fully Mobile
Excellent customer interfacing skills
Adherence to quality and a disciplined approach to process, methods & tools
Attention to detail
Good Presentation skills
Desirable:
Knowledge of the Defence sector
