SQL DBA - SQL Database Administrator
SQL DBA required by leading UK based client, this is a unique opportunity for an SQL DBA to join a dynamic market leading company. The successful candidate will be responsible for the support of Microsoft SQL Server databases as well as the optimisation of various applications through the review and enhancements of various code, schema and process re-development.
To be considered for this role you will have the following skills and experience:
Essential:
*Expert Microsoft SQL Server Administration experience (2008 R2)
*Expert knowledge of performance monitoring and tuning
*Code review and enhancement
*Knowledge of T-SQL, Stored Procedures, etc.
Desirable:
*Experience of .NET
*Working knowledge of C# and ADO.net
*Working knowledge of IP based protocols
