My client is actively seeking several Systems Engineers / Requirements Engineer as they are looking to increase their technical work staff by over 30% due to their reputation and success.. The organisation has grown to become a highly respected specialist consultancy to the Defence, National Security and associated markets.

The company provides expertise in technical consultancy, research and project management in the fields of information management, asset tracking, situational awareness and command and control applications, with a particular focus on the application of Geospatial information technology.

Systems / Requirements Engineers
I am seeking experienced Systems / Requirements Engineers who have worked across the entire Systems Engineering lifecycle within the Defence / Aerospace / Government Services / Law Enforcement sectors. Those applying for these positions should have knowledge of:

*DOORS
*UML
*WebSphere Business Modeller
*Rational Software Architect

My client is looking for a track record of work in demanding, customer-facing roles. Knowledge of MODAF/DODAF and the proven ability to work in discreet markets is an additional advantage.

It is highly desirable that candidates can show some or all of the following:

*A track record in UK Defence, National Security or Police markets
*Knowledge of ISTAR, wireless communications networks or explosive ordnance disposal domains.
*Experience in Geospatial Information Systems
*Confidence in a customer-facing role
*Knowledge of Defence acquisition processes
