Systems Test - Electronics Graduate. A well established engineering company who specialise is complex medical treatment technology are experiencing one of the busiest periods in their entire history with a substantial order book. This throughput of product has created a new vacancy for a Systems Test Engineer - Electronics to drive the finished machines through final test prior to shipment to their customers.
You will be working a 4 on - 4 off daytime shift pattern of 6am to 6pm. This role includes substantial training and would suit a recently qualified electronics graduate engineer.
DESCRIPTION
Testing and commission complex medical treatment equipment
RESPONSIBILITIES
+ To test and commission systems to the required quality standards within the allocated test time.
+ To create and maintain machine documentation in accordance with published procedures and work instructions.
+ To ensure adequate control and disposition of non-conforming material and provide the necessary documentation.
+ To maintain a clean and safe working environment. Share responsibility for tools and test equipment with shift partner.
+ Contribute towards the maintenance and improvement of the test process
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
+ HNC, BEng or BSc Degree in Electronics or Physics based subject
+ Good understanding and ability in fault finding.
