We hold confidential discussions with our client, to both obtain a clear understanding of the company and its objectives as well as the type of person sought. We use a wide range of research tools including our own in house expertise and international databases as well as original research and discussions with informed individuals who can provide valuable, objective insights on people and relevant issues.
We will undertake the inital interview of candidates and evaluate them against the agreed profiles and competencies.
Following this we will provide a shortlist of qualified individuals to the client, along with a detailed candidate profile, which comprises biographical data, career and compensation details and a full appraisal against the job and person specification.
As part of our value-added services to clients we employ a qualified assessor who is experienced in running assessment centres and psychometric testing suitable for roles at this level.
