We have used the Investors in People framework since 1994 and were the first recruitment company within our sector to be accredited. 

As an consultant you will receive remedial and refresher training for a range of skills - we offer one to one coaching and group training sessions using our in house trainer and our own managers.


Additionally all of our recruiters are trained in competency based interviewing and the use of behaviour tests.  

We encourage and support individuals who want to go on professional courses and gain further academic qualifications e.g. NVQ, IOD, CIMA, REC, DMS/CMS.

We always look to support our staff and invest heavily in their professional career.
