We have a regular GEM ( Going the Extra Mile) award for service above and beyond the call of duty which take the form of experience days
Sales support rewards and incentives
We recognise the importance of our back office staff. There is a six monthly award where staff accrue points based on overall support to sales staff. These include weekends away, ‘red letter days’ theatre trips etc
Flexible working

We also recognise that the recruitment business can be a challenging and demanding environment. That’s why we foster a family atmosphere with flexible and part time working options.

Annual kick-off event

Each January the whole comany attends an off-site event to celebrate the success of the previous business year and
hear about plans for the coming year. 

All employees from our four sites get together to share information, news and success.

In the evening, winners of all our categories are awarded their trophies and prizes in an awards ceremony.
