Candidate registration
CBSbutler adopts a systematic process for registering and interviewing all new candidates. Our consultants use a variety of questioning techniques and listening skills to gather a comprehensive overview of each individual covering:

Subsequently, the candidate details, CV (with skills codes), requested information including references, are then entered onto the personnel database. Note: every precaution is undertaken to comply with data-protection legislation.
Candidate evaluation
In order to identify, evaluate and select suitably qualified candidates, CBSbutler follow a stringent procedure to ensure only suitably experienced candidates with proven track records are submitted to our clients:

+ Competency based interviews are carried out to establish suitability in terms of skill, expertise and company fit.
+ Qualifications are checked through sight of certified copies of original certificates or validated via an appropriate body. This applies for academic, professional or industry specific qualifications and certification.
+ If a specific skills assessment or trade test is required, CBSbutler will arrange for this to take place prior to commencement of the contractor.
