We deploy individuals at client sites on a rota basis and engage industry specialists as guest speakers to provide briefing sessions to our internal staff on variety of subjects. Many consultants attend client specific training programmes.
All of our recruiters are trained in competency based interviewing and the use of behaviour tests. |
