Zoe's Success story at CBSbutler!

Posted by: Rana Barker 19 Feb 18  | Recruitment News

Well done Zoe!
Meet Zoe our Senior Resourcer and read about her success story at CBSbutler!

Meet Zoe, one of our senior resourcers here at CBSbutler, who recently successfully passed her 3-month probation. After starting her recruitment career as an apprentice in 2012, Zoe followed a development programme which enabled her to grow from an apprentice to a senior resourcer in a short space of time. After four years working in our clinical coding sector with CBSbutler, Zoe left to experience life outside of the company. However, the same progression criteria and structure weren't available to her which prompted her decision to return.

Zoe returned late last year when an opening became available. Liked by clients, candidates and other team members, it came as no surprise, that her last three months have proved extremely successful. Zoe has been a great addition to the medical devices team, she epitomises everything we stand for and really loves being here at CBSButler.

Zoe’s line manager has nothing but praise for her:

"Zoe returned to us in October as a senior resourcer and has settled back in very quickly, achieving her first deal within her 2nd week. It has been onwards and upwards from there achieving 140 percent of her Q4 target, with 85 percent of her Q1 target already booked in. Well done Zoe."

After speaking to Zoe it is clear how much she loves life at CBSbutler:

"I am not really sure why I left CBSbutler previously to work elsewhere. I guess I was young, and as it was my first job I wanted to branch out and experience something new. It's only when you learn that you appreciate what you had. It is a happy and successful people-centric place to work, with an excellent reward scheme and a great calendar of social events.

As a Senior resourcer the progression programme is far greater than I have experienced anywhere else. It is clearly structured for career development and advancement. I couldn't be happier with my decision to return.

Zoe's honest account of her career path is a positive example for many young professionals, who want to enter the world of recruitment.
