BIM Training Engineers work with building information modelling, a process by which digital models of physical and practical characteristics are designed in order to represent the real asset. 

Compared to other 3D models, BIM models are incredibly data-rich, meaning they have practical use to designers and engineers across the entirety of the project The BIM engineer will work with both their BIM modellers and other teams on the project to ensure that macro and micro 4D models are fit and run well for live projects and tenders and that they are logistically accurate to assist surveyors, planners, and estimators.
